RETURNS POLICY

New Unused Product Returns:

At Bavarian Tuning Solutions, we prioritize the satisfaction of BMW and MINI enthusiasts by providing products tailored to their unique needs. We understand that occasionally a purchase may not align with those needs, necessitating an exchange or refund. Prior to returning a product, we encourage you to reach out to one of our Performance Representatives for valuable insights into the product and related options.

We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• New, unused parts can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To avoid a restocking fee, requests for returns must be made within 60 days of purchase, with items returned within 90 days.
• Returns made between 91-180 days after purchase are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns after 180 days are only accepted for valid warranty issues. The product must be returned in its original manufacturer’s box, with freight prepaid.
• All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting a Bavarian Tuning Solutions representative at +37360371010.
• Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• Products showing signs of excessive age, abuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications may be rejected and subject to an inspection fee.
• All returns must include the Bavarian Tuning Solutions issued Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton or packaging.
• Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure adherence to the above criteria to qualify for credit or exchange. Any returns not meeting these conditions will be ineligible and returned to the sender.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Product Returns:
• Bavarian Tuning Solutions will cover the shipping costs for returned products that are incorrect, damaged, or defective.
• If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact Customer Service at +37360371010 or email bavarian-solutions@yahoo.com to request a UPS pick-up or return label.

What to Expect:

Upon receipt of the returned product at Bavarian Tuning Solutions and confirmation of its new and unused, incorrect, damaged, or defective status, we will issue a refund to the original credit card used for the transaction. If the product is found to be used, correctly shipped, undamaged, or not defective, it will be returned to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

ORDER HISTORY AND TRACKING

You can view your order history, check the status of your order, and track your order by logging into your account and viewing your orders. From here you can select “Orders Details” on an order to view its status and tracking information.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled before processing for shipment by contacting customer service at +37360371010 or emailing bavarian-solutions@yahoo.com.

Notes:

• If payment for your order has not been processed, it will be canceled, and no charge will be made against your account.
• If payment has been processed, you will receive a refund for the canceled items.
