BAVARIAN TUNING SOLUTIONS LIMITED WARRANTY

At Bavarian Tuning Solutions, we place significant emphasis on our limited warranty coverage for each of our Performance Products, aiming for complete customer comprehension. Our objective is to enrich the driving experience of enthusiasts by producing top-performing, high-quality automotive products. The scope of our limited warranty is designed to encompass Bavarian Tuning Solutions products when utilized in their intended manner. Similar to any manufacturer, we cannot assume responsibility for instances where our products are misused, improperly installed, misapplied, modified, or neglected. We strongly advise consumers to acquaint themselves with the specifics of Bavarian Tuning Solutions’ Limited Warranty, including exclusions and potential implications on the manufacturer’s limited new car warranty, prior to deciding on purchasing and installing Bavarian Tuning Solutions products and systems. VEHICLES COVERED BY THE ORIGINAL VEHICLE MANUFACTURER’S NEW CAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This warranty applies to US and Canadian Specification Vehicles Only. For areas outside of the aforementioned regions, please contact your importer for further details.

If your vehicle is currently under the manufacturer’s new car limited warranty, Bavarian Tuning Solutions products are warranted for the remaining term of the vehicle manufacturer’s new car limited warranty. The manufacturer’s new car warranty is limited to 4 years or 50,000 miles (80,000 kilometers in Canada), starting from the date of first retail sale or the date the vehicle is initially placed in service as a demonstrator or company vehicle, whichever is earlier. Bavarian Tuning Solutions warranties are transferable upon the sale of the vehicle into which the Bavarian Tuning Solutions products were originally installed.

To avail service under this warranty, the vehicle must be brought to the workshop of any Authorized Bavarian Tuning Solutions Dealer upon discovery of a malfunction or defect in materials and/or workmanship, during regular business hours. A valid proof of purchase in the form of a lawful invoice is required. The Authorized Bavarian Tuning Solutions Dealer will repair or replace, at no cost for parts or labor, the defective Bavarian Tuning Solutions component(s), along with any original vehicle manufacturer’s component(s) that may have been directly affected by a Bavarian Tuning Solutions component, using new or authorized remanufactured parts. The decision to repair or replace said parts is solely at the discretion of Bavarian Tuning Solutions and/or the original vehicle manufacturer. Parts replaced under this limited warranty become the property of Bavarian Tuning Solutions and/or the original vehicle manufacturer. In all cases, a reasonable period of time must be allowed for warranty repairs to be completed after the vehicle is delivered to the Authorized Bavarian Tuning Solutions Dealer.

VEHICLES NO LONGER COVERED BY THE ORIGINAL VEHICLE MANUFACTURER’S NEW CAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Bavarian Tuning Solutions Performance Products are warranted for a 2-year, unlimited mileage period from the date of original purchase. Bavarian Tuning Solutions warranties are transferable upon the sale of the vehicle into which the Bavarian Tuning Solutions products were originally installed.

To avail service under this warranty, the vehicle or Bavarian Tuning Solutions product must be brought to any Authorized Bavarian Tuning Solutions Dealer during regular business hours upon discovery of a malfunction or defect in materials and/or workmanship. In the event of a warranty claim, Bavarian Tuning Solutions will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective Bavarian Tuning Solutions component upon submission of the item and proof of the original purchase in the form of a lawful invoice. This warranty does not cover reimbursement for repairs to any original vehicle manufacturer’s component(s) that may have been affected by a Bavarian Tuning Solutions component. Labor charges associated with the repair or replacement of a Bavarian Tuning Solutions product will be reimbursed at the standard hourly rate of the Authorized Bavarian Tuning Solutions Dealer, based on the original vehicle manufacturer’s and/or Bavarian Tuning Solutions’ schedule of flat rate labor times. The defective component must be returned to Bavarian Tuning Solutions for verification of the defect before any warranty adjustment is made. A reasonable period of time must be allowed for warranty replacement, shipping, and/or repairs to be completed after the vehicle or product is received by an Authorized Bavarian Tuning Solutions Dealer or Bavarian Tuning Solutions’ facility.
